RETURN POLICY

You may return, new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Lifestyle Lighting within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. You can be notified via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item return the item per the return policy and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange for a different item please return the item according to the return policy and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing your new order.
